- 3Organizing and developing superior intelligence education of international standard in academic and non-academic fields and oriented towards excellence, honesty and academic authority that upholds the values of humanity, human rights, democracy and the supremacy of law.
- 4Preparing and producing intelligence personnel who have an ideal posture and are oriented towards the institutional mainstream in order to play an active role in realizing national interests and security.
