Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Tjahjo Kumolo attended the inauguration of the Dr. (H.C) Ir. Soekarno Medical Intelligence Wangsa Avatara Smart Campus of the Sekolah Tinggi Intelijen Negara (STIN), in Bogor Regency, West Java, Monday (30/05).

This activity was also accompanied by the inauguration of STIN's new cadets of the XVIII Asta Dasa Mahasura Batch. The inauguration was conducted by the 5th President of Indonesia Megawati Soekarnoputri and witnessed by the Head of the National Intelligence Agency (BIN) Jen. Pol. (Purn.) Budi Gunawan. In her speech, Megawati encouraged the cadets to have strong sensitivity and data analysis in dealing with various national threats.

On the occasion, the head of BIN Budi Gunawan also introduced seven laboratories that had been officially inaugurated. The seven laboratories are nuclear laboratory, biomolecular laboratory, virtual chemical laboratory, cyber laboratory, simulator laboratory, language laboratory, and IT & economic intelligence laboratory.
